[FOOD WASTE POLICY IN SOUTH KOREA]

South Korea has implemented an innovative and proven approach to significantly reduce the amount of food waste ending up in landfills. One of these policies is Pay As You Throw, which requires residents to separate and dispose of their food waste, then pay a fee based on the weight of the food waste they generate.
